Rebuilding the Damaged Houses, for Martyrs' Families of the 1999 Revolution in Basrah.

The X-regime damaged many houses because of the heroic resistance on 1999 revolution in Basrah. Those martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of free Iraq were characterized by their honesty, soft behavior and quality.

This project was considered as one of the most important projects which the association was working on. They put their efforts to encourage brotherhood, cooperation and loyalty spirit among the people of this great country.

This project included several areas of Basrah. Such as: Hay Al-Hussain, Al-Jamhoriyha, Kamsameal, Al-Aliyha, Al-Qadesia. According to the plan, each month four houses should be rebuilt.

As a matter of fact, the cost of rebuilding these houses never exceeded from six million Iraqi dinars. Half of this amount is paid by the association and the other half is paid as donations from the people of the same area where their houses will be rebuild as a sort of gratitude for martyrs.

Not to forget that incomes of this project are by the association and the manager, Eng. Madian R. Hayder and by me, Ali S. Mohamed the manager of environment department.
