We are glad to present you an introductory By the name of God  Under the present circumstances and after the fall of past regime who deprived Iraqi people from theirfreedom for more than 3 decades, kept the Iraqi people in isolation by making wars and illegal interference to neighboring countries.These acts deprived Iraqipeople of expressing their friendship and fraternity to their neighbors. After the fall of the ex-regime and return of freedom to the Iraqi people by the help of coalition forces and Kuwait State, it became necessary to establish a Friendship & Fraternity Association between Iraqi people and the neighbors (Kuwait, S.A.K, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Iran and other Gulf States) in order to make cooperation, harmony and affection between the people of this region. We would like to state that we established a Friendship and Fraternity Association and enclosed a copy of information about this association.
