Education of Woman Forum: Al-Batool Project All the spiritual religions, has praised the importance of women's role in the family and in the society because the Glorious God had written this for a woman, that she represents half of the society and has the role of humility in life and society. Women also carry out public responsibility in front of all her duties. She has a great role in the society movement. As a compliment, women have their power and ability from the Glorious God who had given it to them. She shares the same quality as men in fighting for life. She has a same character as man on free will and work in all directions. Her spiritual request is contrary to man spiritual quality. We see that it is necessary for a woman to have her education and culture. Iraqi women played a small part in education and development due to the long period of dark ages under the x-regime. The past dictatorship corruption band, was long range from education, development and high principles. The association raised this humanitarian project to fulfill this gap which the Iraqi women have suffered from. This project will work on the development of women's abilities to learn English, computer science and all the new scientific developments. The association has especial interest on women's role in the society. The entering of the foreign companies to rebuild Iraq was one of the motivations to raise this project. As we are aware it is very easy for a man to open his way on this field, therefore it is over encouragement for the Iraqi women to reach what men could reach on work and scientific developments, especially when the majority of the society are men in Iraq. Project Steps As a first experiment, association offers some courses for a period three months to take place inside the association. According to the participant's qualification, the period of each course would be from 2 to 6 weeks. The project needs 10 computers and 2 complete language laboratories as a first stage. Succeeding of the experiment The conditions for being successful in the experiment of the association will include having a complete language laboratory for at least 6 people in each course. The computers number should be at least 12. The course period will be from 2 to 6 weeks. At least 10 teachers are needed as instructional staff for this forum. We will have to make a nursery school, to take care of the participants' children and to ensure their comfort and suitable calm environment. The economic avail of the project We economically evaluated the cost of this project, $30,000 for the first stage and in case of moving to the second, we need about $60,000 budget. The economic aims of the project To prepare women staff for working in foreign companies we have to qualify our staff for this mission. We believe that she will gain more by working to rebuild Iraq, therefore our aim is to improve economic situation in the society and in family level. The humanity aims of the project To let the women become qualified in the work and to be an active element in the society in order to improve the situation of the Iraqi families, it is essential to speed up the process of the development operations in free Iraq and to establish a stable political atmosphere, safe environment and a tranquil society. The other insights of the project This project is a cultural forum for women and starts training women at the university level and also teaches computer language. The forum includes cultural symposium which is especially for women. Also the forum provides books and publications for the participants. The steering of the forum depends on the manager and environment staff of the association. Dr. Abd - Alwahab Abd - Alrazik is in charge of this position. On mouthed enlightenment under a slogan of (child and mother) the forum will explain all that include on this matter. This stage aims for the mother with all simple active information which is useful for her and her child. Also, it is possible to develop this forum in the future to elusion any important subject putting forward on the field, which is concerned on what ever belong to the mother and her child, Like teaching the women about cancers such as breast cancer and all what is concerned about woman and child diseases. We have future insights which may cause some discussions. It is the time of expansion of the culture for woman forum in Al-Batool project.
